Welcome to your Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) program. This portal has been designed to give you access to important courses and resources that will help you meet the requirements of your SHSM pathway.

One of the key components you’ll be working through here is Customer Service, an essential requirement that supports both your certification and your preparation for future studies and careers.
